William Pearl House: Furnished Apartments in the Heart of Cambridge

The William Pearl House is located in the heart of Cambridge and within a short walk of public transportation, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and local attractions. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. All utilities (heat, water, and electric), cable television/HBO, and wireless internet access are included in the price.


	Monthly housekeeping services are included at no additional cost. There is a full-service Laundromat seconds away (Pearl Street Laundry on the next corner). First month’s rent is due to reserve an apartment, last month’s rent is due on arrival. A minimum stay of two months is required for monthly rates. All apartments are self-catering and strictly non-smoking. All utilities, cable television/HBO, and wireless internet access are included in the price. Maximum occupancy for each apartment is two people. We regret that our accommodations are only suitable for well-behaved children over 12, and we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
