This bright and cozy apartment is located on the first floor of 83 Pearl Street. The apartment is entered through the spacious living room area. There is a large (12x14) bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, armoire and desk. The entire unit has wide, pumpkin pine wood floors and decorative white marble mantles that add architectural flare. A small bath with shower ( sorry, no tub ) is directly off of the kitchen. From the kitchen you may access the backyard and large private deck. Private deck features outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as lovely container gardens in the spring and summer.. Air-conditioning is available.
There is a two person maximum occupancy. Housekeeping services are not included but may be scheduled for an additional cost. There is a full-service laundromat seconds away (Pearl Street Laundry on the next corner).
Sorry, at this time we do not accept credit cards. Payment is due on arrival -- cash, personal check, or travelers checks only. For stays of 3 months or more, first and last months' rent is due on arrival (per signed rental agreement).
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangement with the proprietors of William Pearl House.
All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Utilities, cable television, and wireless internet access are included in the price.
We regret that our accommodations are only suitable for well-behaved children over 12, and we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
