William Pearl House: Furnished Apartments in the Heart of Cambridge

This bright and cozy apartment is located on the first floor of the William Pearl House. It features a spacious living/dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a small bath with shower (no tub). There are pumpkin pine wood floors throughout and decorative white marble mantles that add architectural flare. The kitchen provides access to a large private deck and the backyard gardens. The private deck features outdoor dining table and chairs, as well as lovely container gardens in the spring and summer. Air-conditioning is available from June - September.

Monthly housekeeping services are included at no additional cost. There is a full-service Laundromat seconds away (Pearl Street Laundry on the next corner).

First month’s rent is due to reserve an apartment, last month’s rent is due on arrival. A minimum stay of three months is required for monthly rates.

All apartments are self-catering and strictly non-smoking. All utilities, cable television/HBO, and wireless internet access are included in the price.

Maximum occupancy: first floor is two people, garden level is one person. We regret that we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
