William Pearl House: Furnished Apartments in the Heart of Cambridge

This warm and charming apartment is located on the third floor of the William Pearl House. It features a comfy living/dining space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a full-size bed, and a bath with tub and shower. There are hardwood floors throughout and the mansard style roof gives way to set-in windows allowing for ample natural light. Air-conditioning is available from June - September.

Monthly housekeeping services are included at no additional cost. There is a full-service Laundromat seconds away (Pearl Street Laundry on the next corner).

First month’s rent is due to reserve an apartment, last month’s rent is due on arrival. A minimum stay of three months is required for monthly rates.

All apartments are self-catering and strictly non-smoking. All utilities, monthly housekeeping, and wireless internet access are included in the price.

Maximum occupancy: first floor is two people, garden level is one person. We regret that we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
