RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you would like to cancel your reservation, please contact us two weeks prior to your arrival date. In the event of a cancellation less than two weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be responsible for the total amount of your stay.
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Exceptions can be made with prior arrangement with the proprietors of William Pearl House. All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Utilities, cable television, and wireless internet access are included in the price. We regret that our accommodations are only suitable for well-behaved children over 12, and we cannot accommodate guests' pets
